There\u2019s far more involved than just grabbing whatever\u2019s in the fridge and serving it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>The experience is social. You focus on someone else\u2019s needs and preferences. &nbsp;<\/li><li>You plan and organize early in the process, and perhaps do some research to offer the right thing.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Once it\u2019s underway, you have to see it through to the end.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Along the way, you make little adjustments and improvements.&nbsp;<\/li><li>The most important moment is when you present what you\u2019ve made.&nbsp;<\/li><li>You learn from the process\u2014insights you can use the next time around.&nbsp;<\/li><li>However small it may be, the experience reverberates outward. Connections form.
